The work that Fittra did for me was a full house renovation – this did not include any new build or extension work but it did include moving a number of internal load bearing walls and extending external openings to install large sliding doors. The work was reasonably complex structurally as the upper floor is steel beam and concrete block construction. Externally all windows and doors were changed, guttering and fascias were changed and a new tiled deck constructed to give an outside/inside feel. You can build the property only when the city authority approves your building plan. In addition, you need a clearance certificate from the development authority, apart from clearances from other state departments such as fire safety, environment and transport departments.
